At Micari Property Solutions Limited, our vision is to be the East of England’s leading provider of high-quality emergency and supported housing – helping local communities meet the growing challenges of homelessness, housing insecurity and social support.

Creating secure foundations for a brighter future
We are committed to delivering scalable housing solutions that offer both immediate relief and long-term impact. Since launching in 2018, we’ve helped over 5,000 people access safe, dignified housing in their time of need. Today, with over 200 active units and strong partnerships across more than a dozen organisations, we support around 300 people at any given time.
Our focus is not just on housing; it’s on building a better system. We believe in the power of providing fully prepared, move-in-ready homes that reduce stress and restore dignity. Our properties across Norwich, Great Yarmouth, Swaffham, Dereham and Lowestoft are ready at short notice, enabling us to act fast when it matters most.
Investing In The Future
Looking ahead, we aim to grow our property portfolio from £40 million to £75 million by 2027, expanding into urban centres like Ipswich and King’s Lynn.
Through our sister company, DPC, we are also investing in Supported Living Solutions – partnering with care providers and local authorities to serve vulnerable groups such as refugees, young adults and ex-offenders.
Operating At The Highest Standards
Compliance, quality and compassion remain at the heart of our operations. We work closely with LC Training to ensure our team meets the highest standards in fire safety, health and safety and housing regulation.
Internally, we’re strengthening our maintenance and property management systems to ensure reliability and rapid response.
Above all, our vision is about people. Every property we provide, every family we house, and every organisation we support, brings us one step closer to a future where emergency housing is not just a stopgap, but a safe and hopeful new beginning.
